Mozy Azam
Founder & Managing Director
Mozy founded M-F-M to bridge the gap between creative brand thinking and commercial execution. With a career spanning luxury fashion, apparel manufacturing, and senior leadership, he brings a perspective that is equal parts strategic and operational.
He led the full relaunch of Grenfell 1923, transforming a dormant British heritage outerwear brand into a respected name in modern luxury. He oversaw brand direction, product development, global wholesale, and marketing, securing international stockists and driving meaningful commercial growth.
In Dubai, Mozy served as General Manager of a textile trading and school uniforms business, holding full P&L responsibility and leading teams across production, finance, operations, and marketing. That hands-on experience of running a business in the UAE gives M-F-M a grounded understanding of the regional market that few consultancies can offer.
His global network of suppliers, distributors, agents, and industry contacts is a core asset that M-F-M clients benefit from directly.
